2006 CHC Annual Meeting
To All CHC Members and Potential New Members:
We will have our annual election meeting on Sunday the 29th of January. My apologies for the late notice. The meeting will be at 10:00 AM, at my home in Littleton. Contact me if you need directions.
The club had very few activities last year. Because of this, I am proposing that all membership renewal fees be waived for this year. Decision to be made at the meeting Sunday.
This is the meeting where we elect the board of directors and the officers for 2006.
If you cannot attend but wish to remain active in the club, please let me know how you feel about board members and club officers. I will vote your proxies, but only if I know what they are. Similarly, if you would like to be on the board or be an officer, please let me know right away, whether you can attend the meeting or not.
Additional items for this meeting: 1st quarter activities and outings as well as year-long planning. We need everyone's participation on this, so any and all suggestions are welcome. If you cannot attend, please send your suggestions to me by e-mail or phone.
